Who is DMP BPO?
DMP BPO is the name of our company. It stands for Document Management Professionals Business Process Outsourcing. It is a mouthful we know! We used to be known as Direct Mail Partners until February 2013. We are headquartered in Carrollton, Texas. To find out more about who we are please visit our company overview page.
How much does it cost?

Is my data safe?
Your data is very safe. DMP BPO is PCI compliant and SAS70 Audited.
How are my documents sent from DMP BPO to my customers?
DMP BPO sends your bills by US Mail, email, or web, depending on the preference of your customers. We also give you the ability to send SMS notifications to clients, notifying them of important and time sensitive information.
How does archiving my bills work?
DMP BPO’s document archiving solution provides you with a safe and alternative way to store your documents in a way that works best for you and your company, according to your business rules.
What if I have certain bills that I don't want printed?
You set the rules to exclude individual and groups of bills from print production. With our Customer Information System (CIS) you can even proof and approve files before they are sent into production. We can even pull specific bills from production when given a certain criteria.
What is the CIS system?
CIS is our Customer Information System. CIS incorporates piece level tracking and reporting and automated email notifications by combining best of breed, industry specific applications with proprietary programs and processes.
