DMP BPO and Little Elm partner to enhance printing and mailing capabilities.
CARROLLTON, TX., July22, 2013 — DMP BPO announced today that they have entered into an agreement with the Town of Little Elm to provide utility data processing, printing and mailing services. DMP BPO provides business process outsourcing solutions including a unique, closed loop, end-to-end billing solution to both private companies and municipalities using a proprietary Client Information System that tracks and reports production data and USPS delivery information for both outgoing bills and incoming remittance payments that enables customers to monitor their performance and better estimate incoming cash flows. Lokie Perez, Vice President of Sales, commented on the new opportunity, “We are excited to be working with Little Elm! We have many customers similar to Little Elm and are in close proximity to the City. They are an official partner with Stw, Inc. who is the Town’s financial software and utility system software provider.
