DMP BPO is a privately held company based in Carrollton, Texas. The company was opened in 1992 under the name Direct Mail Partners and began operating under its current name, DMP BPO in 2013. The current owners, Kristi and Kevin Burke acquired the company in March 2002. Both Mr. and Mrs. Burke are intimately involved in the day-to-day operations of the Company. Since acquisition, they have worked continuously to improve quality, productivity, and customer service through consistent reinvestment in facilities, equipment, and most importantly, people. As a clear measure of the success of this approach, DMP BPO has experienced compounded annual revenue growth in excess of 50% under the current ownership.
